Another Hooded Crow was found this morning. It was picked up flying north low over the sea at the School and then spent an hour off the point before disappearing.

1 Shelduck east, 28 Common Scoters west, 2 Red-breasted Mergansers, 9 Red-throated Divers east, 2 Manx Shearwaters east, 7 Gannets east, 1 Arctic Skua east, 6 Sandwich Terns east, 1 Razorbill east and 12 Auk sp. east.

Visible Migration
9 Whimbrels east, 8 Woodpigeons east, 1 Hooded Crow north, 3 Sand Martins north, 188 Swallows north, 12 House Martins north, 2 Yellow Wagtails north-east, 1 Grey Wagtail north-east, 17 Alba Wagtails north, 5 Tree Pipits north-east, 58 Meadow Pipits north, 108 Goldfinch east, 20 Siskins east, 121 Linnets east, 22 Twite east and 11 Redpolls east.

Grounded Migrants
3 Whimbrels, 1 Common Sandpiper, 1 Wood Warbler; singing male found mid-afternoon, three Grasshopper Warblers, 11 Willow Warblers, 1 Blackcap, 1 Garden Warbler, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 4 Whitethroats, 2 Sedge Warblers, 8 Wheatears and 3 White Wagtails.

1 Gadwall, 215 Ringed Plovers, 160 Sanderlings, 2,000 Dunlins, 4 Black-tailed Godwits and 180 Turnstones.
