A smart summer plumaged Black Guillemot flew east close inshore this morning and the first House Martin of the year was recorded this afternoon.

Offshore
47 Common Scoters west, 3 Red-breasted Mergansers, 26 Red-throated Divers east, 7 Gannets west, 1 Great Crested Grebe east, 1 Black Guillemot east, 3 Auk sp. west, 3 Sandwich Terns east and 1 Little Gull east.

Visible Migration
1 Alba Wagtail north-east, 12 Meadow Pipits north-east, 2 Linnets east and 26 Goldfinch east.

Grounded Migrants 
1 Goldcrest, 1 House Martin - over the pools this afternoon, 2 Wheatears and 4 White Wagtails.

1 Whooper Swan, 2 Goldeneyes, 36 Ringed Plovers, 240 Black-tailed Godwits, 130 Turnstones, 500 Knots, 120 Sanderlings, 45 Dunlins, 3 Snipe, 1 Glaucous Gull and 1 Merlin.
