There was an arrival of migrants this morning and despite the persistant rain a Firecrest was found along the old railway line. It was watched for a few minutes before disappearing into a patch of Willow/Hawthorn scrub. Trying to relocate the bird 5 Woodcocks and a Long-eared Owl were flushed out!
